A $500 event minimum applies to every party. At $50 per adult that is roughly 10 adults — or mix adults and kids ($25, under 12) to reach it.

Adults are $50 each, kids under 12 are $25 each. Upgrades like filet mignon (+$5) and lobster tail (+$10) are added per person. The $500 minimum applies before tax and gratuity.

No. Sales tax is not included and will be collected based on your location. Gratuity for your chef is not included — tip in cash or by app after the show.

After you submit a booking we hold your date for 48 hours. Pay the $100 deposit by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or credit card — your booking is confirmed the moment it lands.

Weekends fill fast — we recommend 2–3 weeks ahead. Need a chef tomorrow? Call or text us and we will check last-minute availability.

Your chef arrives 30–45 minutes before showtime to set up the grill. The full experience runs about 90–120 minutes.

Yes. Tell us in the booking notes — we regularly cook gluten-free, shellfish-free and full tofu/vegetable menus. We cook allergy meals first, on a clean surface.

Both. We cook outdoors year-round, and indoors (garage, basement, banquet hall) with ventilation. The grill needs a 10x10 ft flat, stable spot.

Just tables, chairs and plates/utensils for your guests — we bring the chef, the commercial grill, hood, and all food and prep gear. Want us to handle seating too? Add our tables & chairs rental to any booking.

No travel fee inside any of our service areas. For venues beyond 30 miles of a metro center we may add a small travel charge — you'll see it quoted before you pay anything.

Plans change — we get it. Reschedule free with 7+ days notice (subject to availability). The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before your event; within 7 days it converts to a credit valid for 12 months.

Absolutely — company parties are some of our favorite nights. For 40+ guests we add a second chef & grill station so everyone eats hot. Ask about corporate invoicing when you book.
